The Purpose of the Charter is to establish a standard of safety and behavior for current and potential members of the Movable Targets Paintball Club. With this in mind, the Charter has been established to firmly set guidelines expected of current members and to gauge the acceptability of potential and new members.
The Purpose of the Movable Targets Paintball Club is to provide an atmosphere where all players, regardless of skill level, can play paintball for the simple enjoyment of the social aspects of the game. The Club plays paintball on the recreational level, where the act of winning is not as important as playing the game itself. The Club is dedicated to advancing the game of paintball and promoting safe and responsible behavior.
The Movable Targets Paintball Club places safety above every other aspect of the game. Club members will strive to ensure other players are behaving in a safe manner. With the permission of local field staff, the Club will aid in monitoring player safety. Proper safety procedures are outlined in the Movable Targets Rules of Play.
In order to maintain an excellent reputation, the Movable Targets Paintball Club shall NOT tolerate the following from its members:

Membership is restricted to those who adhere to the letter and spirit of the Rules and Charter established by the Movable Targets Paintball Club. Membership is not "lifetime", and ALL current members are on permanent probation. Those who do not strive to abide by the letter and spirit of the Rules and Charter will not be considered for future events and play days. Members who bring guest(s) out to Club events shall assume responsibility for that guest or guests.
The Movable Targets Paintball Club reserves the right to deny any player the opportunity to play with the Club during any future playing days. The Club will not tolerate any player whose actions, in any way, adversely affects the reputation the Club is trying to build.
